To Mage's Mess we go!

I havnt figured that out yet. I may compile all cantrips (including UA ones) into a big table, or I may just cast whatever cantrip feels appropriate. For example if Caligo have Quinten the herb, it probobly would have cast poison spray centered on Quinten, since there were so many people nearby, it would be what would make sense.

 

19 + 7 perception mod = 26.

 

As you approach you see a man in purplish robes with a long white beard and a pointy hat. Typical wizard. He could pass for a Human or Half-Elf, or maybe something else simular.


Wizard: "Welcome, halfman! To Mage's Mess! What are you looking for today! I have several wares!"

He reveals the following items:


-Wand of Web - 10 gp

-Staff of the Adder - 50 gp

-Wand of Magic Missiles - 35 gp

Caligo: "Just perusing, looking around for what looks nice."
I seem to be eyeing the wand of web.

So, what's the situation with Yevor, Heat, Erevan, and Quintin? Did they ever find a town guard?

I also wonder if anything will come out of @AlexisPlay's claim of fighting Quinten being a bad idea.

I'm an idiot. I do actually have plans for Caligo. When they happen just depends on dice rolls.

Heat's storyline WAS over, but then I realized that something he said about Ti Lin's necklace fits perfectly with some plans I have.

Now the only one without any serious things geared towards them is Althaios, other than him being Ti Lin's rival.

The whole campaign is geared towards Yevor's backstory, with the BBEG being Evile and whatnot

Kyelas's dragon stuff is the reason why I included the whole blue dragon thing

Alas has Lilith after him, plus Morgor. 'nuff said?

Ti Lin has both Heat and Althaios at odds with him, PLUS Alice. Plus a minor thing I have planned

Nathaniel died, but had the whole Nilrem thing

The BBEG of the campaign ties in with Erevan's backstory, plus I have a town later that really plays off of Erevan (if anyone has seen Legend of the Seeker, you will understand it as it happens)

 

Having a PTSD robot and a criminal birdman against you is not ideal. Keep in mind that Ti'Lin is being trusted with the necklace by Heat. He said that only Ti'Lin and him can wear it. Also, Ti'Lin was part of the original party that was there before Heat broke the wards so Heat has x2 as much trust to them. I wouldn't say that Heat is "at odds with him".

I don't know why I imagined this campaign as an anime when I read this.

Yeah, I guess you arn't really at odds with him anymore, but Althaios still is

The guards look at you with surprise, first because you are lugging around a high dude, second because Yevor is with you

 

Erevan: "Greetings. There has been a bit of an... incident. I was browsing the market, and spotted this man, who I recognized as a disreputable figure who has attempted to swindle me in the past. I confronted him, and he threatened me. I attempted to defend myself with a spell of holding, but he resisted and countered using dark magic, attempting to kill me and several of my companions. Additionally, when we subdued him, he invoked the name of Orcus several times, and swore that he would enact a terrible revenge on us if he was killed."

"I'm not really sure why he's suddenly higher than a giant eagle, I think someone may have given him some drugs to keep him subdued..."

 

Caligo: "Yeah. What're its limits?"

 

Heat: "It is true, I would also like to add that he broke into a bread stand in the market and attempted to sell products that were not his own."

I carry the body up to the guards.

 

You meet a new person who seems to be travelling. He looks confused.
