I was debating if the 15 counted or not, but then I saw you rolled a 2 on the d10.

10 is an empty result (meaning it does nothing, no NPC appears) and currently so is 2. NPC 2 is the one that's currently talking to Ti Lin XD

So since I'm not doing anything, I'll try to find a place to sell things at. Pawn shop?

 

There's a market to the south, but remember, the entire town is in the crowd. A few people are starting to drift away as the main spectacle is over, but it would be difficult to find an open shop.

Although, both Ti Lin and Althaios are trying, so you might have some luck

 

I sneak (hardly lol, it's Heat) away and try to find any open shop in the marketplace.
