The North Gate is visible if you peek your head out the door (which I think you did, someone did). It has a bunch of ghouls amassing in front of it.

I realized the sewers where next to the South Gate, so turn around.

 

Yevor can deal with the Ghouls. He has more magic than just Booming Blade...

 

Sewers were near the south gate

 

But we don't care about the ghouls we want to go underground (for most of us) you can follow Kyelas and maybe Erevan and Stabber (They didn't answer) outside if you want XD

 

We're heading south so turn around.
