A well-built monk can be a dodge-tank... As in high DEX and WIS for unarmored defense...

I don't have a monk or paladin I don't think, I usually stick with casters. Let me see...

 

If I were in noob's shoes, I'd make a battle where the group is surrounded because they don't have a camping point.

So warforged are from the Eberron UA. They are basically living constructs of wood, metal, and magic built to fight in a war. After the war he became a city guard. His subclass is gunslinger which is a Matt Mercer Homebrew. Being Homebrew, I understand why it should not be used. I do note that it's Matt Mercer tho, he's famous for making the best, most balanced Homebrew.

Anyway, Solider 32 (S-32 or just 32 for short) lacks basically any emotion, and takes things super literally. He once asked someone what their name is and was told "fagface" and legit called them they for the entire campaign. He also can store items in his chest.

Anyway, I really wanna play as @Rujala since I want to get used to Mystic before I play the campaign he is meant for. Immortal Mystic are meant for up front fighting, but he's not, he's Awakened. Awakened are more for psychic attacks and screwing with people's minds. Expect a lot of mind control. Is that ok?

 

We already have mostly spellcasters, and Soldier 32's being built for a war would fit perfectly in my setting (the main conflict is two nations at war). However, the bit about retiring and becoming a city guard wouldn't fit very well. Maybe have it so he left the army while the war was still going?

 

@SPYROHAWK Basically, anyone within a 20 foot cube of the cube gets covered in a violet light if they fail a DEX save. The light gives an advantage on attack roles to people who can see it, and it doesn't benefit from being invisible

 

It was not really retiring, it was more like "war is over, time to join society". And by "city guard" it was more like "police".

But yeah, I can change his story however you see fit. I just kinda don't want to use him, being Homebrew and whatnot. I was planning on making a Oath of the Crown Paladin, if that would be better

So I'm making an oath of the crown Paladin. Crown paladins instead of serving a god, they server a government or something. I figure that fits with the war setting. You said level 3, right?
