Well, the AC is 9, so it hits, right (jk, jk)

Attack 2: 10 + 2 + 2 = 14
Damage: 3 + 2 DEX = 5 slashing damage. I'll update it because I'm a nice guy :D

I then fly upward 20 ft.

 

Yep. I don't let you use it of course, as it's home brew and not fully balanced, but I may use some of its effects

While you have the wings active, you add your level in radiant damage to each hit you deal.
