I only played one Fire Emblem, and I was bad.

I've never player Fire Emlbum.

The reason I did it this way is because face-to-face sessions (aka normal sessions, not doing some weird forum format) tend to use a board and miniature figures. This helps with distance and spacing. After a few encounters with my group where spacing between a spellcaster, melee fighter, and enemy while on a skype call became in issue, I decided it was not gonna work. After the Wisp fight I was like yeah no, we gotta try to make a board work somehow.
