All your spell count as level 2. For example:

Arms of Hadar is a level 1 spell, and it's damage is 2d6. Its damage increases by 1d6 per slot level. Since at level 3 all your slots are level 2, casting Arms of Hadar does 3d6 damage. This also means you can cast level 2 spells.

No. They don't share a language, but that's not a problem since Unicorn has telepathy. But for telepathy to work, they both need to know at least one language, and I don't think Okami knows any

Not a wolf. Goblins can ride wolves, not people. Hobgoblins can ride Wargs tho, and hobgoblins are human size. Only problem is your companion must be a beast of max 1/4 CR, warg is a CR of 1/2 and is technically a monster
