    Are you sure this is balanced? Max health a character could POSSIBLY have at level 1, assuming a Max CON barbarian, is 17.

    My max health is 9

    Remember, CR equals a group of 4 people of that level

    I'm going to spend 2 psi points on Distracting Haze, and I'm going to walk away from it. It needs to take an INT save of 14
