1. Pact Magic.
2. Level 1 Ability (Under Morgor).

Is that normal ?

Pact magic is just the warlock term for Spellcasting. Basically you have warlock magic.

Level 1 ability is your hp on kill thing, which ain't helpful unless your facing several enemies

So Pact Magic stay empty (6 useless slots ! yeah !)
