I stay silent for a moment.

"In any case, we're stuck in this town for a few days, I can at least hope for something good to come my way during that time."

I chuckle.

Jokingly: "Hopefully nobody burns down the town while I'm off buying a loaf of bread or something."

 

Alas uses Prestidigidation to make an illusionary hand-sized house on fire in his hand.

Alas to Kyelas : "We can't do that ?" he says with a false sad face.

 

I nod.

"I regret the loss of valuable time, but... I think being reminded of who we're fighting for may do us good."

 

"Perhaps so. For now we can hope that the casualties are kept to a minimum. I suppose most of the places the undead can easily take have likely been taken by now."
