Yeah, it's normally 6 seconds. So, I summon the webs onto flames, and it takes 6 seconds to burn, meaning it should be gone by the top of my turn.
Is there something I'm missing here?

I draw my sword and chop at Melty Boi 1 with a heavy overhead swing.
Attack Roll: 4 + 6 = 10. Miss.
The mephit dodges the slow attack, flying to the side.

With another strike, I swing it horizontally at the elemental.
Attack Roll: 5 + 6 = 11. Hit.
Damage Roll: 9 + 3 = 12 slashing damage.
Yevor cleaves the elemental completely in half, and as the lower half falls to the ground and crumples to ash, the top explodes into flame.
Dexterity saving throw: 3 + 2 = 5

 

It should have taken 14 (7 on a save) radiant damage for entering. If that kills, then Yevor can do something else with his turn.
