Melty 3 and Melty 5 must make a Dex save (DC 15) or become Restrained by the Web. If they are Restrained, they can make a Strength check as an Action on their turn against the same DC to break free.

I then duck behind Erevan, and look towards Kyelas.
"Gimmie somethin', here!"

I then end my turn.

 

You do know that web is flammable, right?

The web doesn't burn away yet.

 

For reference, 1 round = 6 seconds (for Thom)

 

It's a flammable web of really thin, interconnecting ropes with a bigass creature litterally made of fire in the middle. It burns away. Even if it doesn't fully burn away. The large mayority will burn away making the web ineffective.
