I target the nearest damaged mephit with toll the dead.
It needs a wisdom save of i think 13.

Melty boi 3 moves over to Ti'lin and attacks.

Second, remember that within that golden radius around me, enemies move at half speed (using twice as much movement per hex moved, basically).

If you're wondering why it's so low they're resistant to piercing damage.

I roll to the side, pulling my javelin out from my pack, and throw that javelin at Magma Mephit 2 while rolling into a standing position.
Attack Roll: 7 + 6 = 13
Damage Roll: 3 + 3 = 6 piercing damage. The javelin impacts the mephit, smashing plates of cooled magma where it hits.
As the mephit reels back, I use my Weapon Bond to summon the javelin back to my hand and throw it a second time.
Attack Roll: 17 + 6 = hit
Damage Roll: 5 + 3 = 8 piercing damage. The second javelin strike flies through the mephit in a burst of lava, and it explodes as it hits the ground.

All of the creatures near it were elementals or mephits, so no fire damage from Death Burst.
