Just realized I had notifications broken for more than a week

 

Heat: "Affirmative."
Heat does so.

 

What do you do then?

 

I enter the tower, is there only stairs?

 

There’s stairs leading to a bronze door

 

I step carefully on each step before fully advancing on them.

 

The steps are solid

 

Perfect, I inspect the door for anything of interest, is it completely intact?

 

It’s made of pure brass, with no visible handle or hinges on it

 

I try to push hard on it, with both hands.

 

Blue runes appear around if, and a magical force stops any of your effort from being extended onto the door

 

Heat turns to the party:
“My efforts are hampered by magical forces. Pity.”

 

"Let me try."
I go up to the door and peek underneath. Do I see anything?

 

You can’t see anything underneath

 

Curse not having darkvision...

I back away from the door.
“Wanna break down the wall?”
I ask Heat.

 

"Be careful. If it's magically warded, perhaps I should dispel the protection first?"

 

“If you wanna be safe. I was talking about breaking the wall, though, not the door.”

 

"The protection may well extend all the way around. Regardless, I shall try."

I hold out my hands and recite divine words, sending a faint shockwave of light towards the door.

@SPYROHAWK if the spell warding it is 3rd level or lower, it is automatically dispelled. If higher, then my roll to dispel is 14 + 5 wis = 19, which means I could potentially dispel up to 9th level spells (overkill, eh?).

OOC: If this is some vague nonspecific magical effect that therefore can't be dispelled because "it's not a spell", the bounds of my salt shall know no limits.
