Ti'Lin:"I don't know. I opened the vial with the ash, seeing if something happened to it. Then it started moving to that creature."

Ti'Lin:"I don't know what it says."

 

Althiaos:"Lin why did you think that was a good idea?!?"

Althiaos:"KILL IT NOW!"

I address the corpse-thing now. "Quinten... is that what remains of you, resorting to scare tactics to preserve what remains of your miserable 'life'? Or are you now but a puppet, a husk through which your master's voice can echo?"

 

Heat: “Reasonable.”
I return my hand over the creature like a cage.

Would a Daylight spell be suitable dramatic and possibly clear some of the gloom, or would it just make the fog more intense?

 

Daylight cuts through the fog (even though the sky produces none)
