Typically you can't hide in plain sight, BUT

1) I meant to put boulders around for cover, which I forgot and will do now
2) Fog

I move behind the boulder marked with red, then I use a Bonus Action to teleport to my current location and then use my action to Hide.
Do I need a Stealth check?
