After someone has damaged the deer birb I cast toll the dead on it.

 

The first bird dives down at Erevan and does a multiattack.
First with its talons.
To hit: 15+5=20
Damage:7+3+9=19

Then it does a gore attack(I don't know what that is).
To hit: 10+5=15
The attack hits your shoulder but bounces off.
After that it flies away and lands on some other cliff.
Take your reactions bois.

 

I'll try to blast it out of the air before it can even strike me.

31 fire damage, DC 16 dex save for half.
