Attack Roll 1: 16 + 6 = 22
Attack Roll 2: 14 + 6 = 20

Damage Roll 1: 6 + 3 = 9 / 2 = 4 slashing damage, after resistance.
Damage Roll 2: 1, reroll with GWF = 2 + 3 = 5 / 2 = 2 slashing damage, after resistance.
Total: 6 slashing damage, with some very interesting and detailed combat.

It barely matters if you act on the same turn, since she's your companion. Just pick an order to act in and stick to it.

Also, don't forgot Coordinated Attack, though I guess you couldn't use it here unless Okami moves first.

 

Since Kyelas already moved, I guess Okami moves second.

It's an earth elemental, so like a big stone thing, except more angular and rectangular and stuff, being made from an obelisk
