That's correct.

 

Maybe CR 1. A good Strength score with a martial weapon and possibly a Barbarian-style rage is a good combination, but you're still not exactly at the power level of small dragons.

I murmur a Healing World as a bonus action, restoring (4 + 5 =) 9 hp to Althaios and restoring his consciousness.

I then sprint over towards Kyleas.

 

Okami already stabilized him with NAT 20.
