As Yevor states, most of these are rediculously overpowered. I think most of them are Very Rare

Here's what i'll do
First make the pearl of power, then start on the gauntlets of ogre power.

Which is why i am to make the pearl of power, Plus that's more of a magic item wishlist.

 

For the pearl you need to be at least a 3rd Level spellcaster, which you are.

It costs 100 gp, and 4 days of work. That typically means it’s done during a downtime in between adventures, but I could allow that to mean 4 long rests. You also need to expend one spell slot for each day of the crafting.

Or, if you want to make if using your soul-powered-magic-item stuff I think I said that’s half the cost and half the time. But you would need a Soul each time you repower the gem, and one soul for each day of the crafting.

And I know you have not gotten much money yet (which may change soon) but remember you do have a 1000 gp gem

Oh, also multiple characters can work together to shorten the time. Same gp cost, but less time if multiple characters help

 

So 4 long rests for the pearl.
What about the gauntlet of ogre power?
that could be absurdly useful with heat/yevor.

 

Imagine how unrealistically bulky Heat's hands would be, lol.

 

Besides that....
Imagine a +4 on attack and damage rolls with your giant mace.

It’s 20 days for the pearl, since it’s uncommon. I was looking at common. 20 days, not 4, divided by the number of people working. And it’s 500 gp (25 gp per day)
