oh spyro i saw a few magic item and wondered would be required to craft it.
1st: Helmet of telepathy (Fairly straight foward)
2nd: Nine lives stealer (9 chances for an auto kill)
3rd: Robe of stars (pull of stars to cast magic missles)
4th: Robe of the magi (bonus spell DC aswell as other things)

 

A lot of resources (in the 10,000s of GP, possibly more) and probably higher levels. Maybe you could make the Helmet at Level 11 or so, but the higher-level items would need higher levels. Seriously, you're Level 5. Your skill level consists of +1 weapons and bags of holding, not that kind of stuff.

Common items are junk? How dare you insult the likes of the Wand of Smiles and Violin of Illusions!

But seriously, your higher-quality magic items are Uncommon, not Common. Apparently, Winged Boots and free higher-level spells for bards are "junk".

Not spell slots; spells. I'm referring to the Instruments of the Bards. Of course, spell scrolls are a thing, too.
