Okay, I'm home. I'll rush in, attack the drake with each of my swords, then get as far away as my movement (30) allows.

Hit for strike 1: 9 + 2 Proficiency = 11
Damage: 2 + 2 DEX = 4

Hit for strike 2: 2 + 2 Proficiency = 4
Damage: Miss = 0

 

They both bounce off of the drake's scales
