If you're questioning my suspicion, here's my logic:
- Lilith has several parallels to the succubus, meaning her being able to shapechange isn't unlikely.
- Country accent
- Quickly likes Alas
- Showed up at an oddly convenient time

Of course, the Elvish raises questions, but who knows what languages Lilith speaks.
