Heat pulls out 'History of the Skull' and searches for any of the Professor's notes/writings.

Heat: “Logic ceases to exist in there I suppose.”

 

“Yeah. I guess it’s waiting until this guy gets up, then?”

 

Kyelas: "Indeed. So... How was your nap?"

 

“Shitty. I’d prefer death if I didn’t still have work to do.”
I look towards the professor.
“Speaking of work, what kind of livestock do you think lives around here?”

 

I sigh.

Kyelas: "What are you planning, Caligo?"

 

“I’ve had an epiphany, recently. I must ask Set for guidance. Admittedly, it did drive me to try and find something wrong with this professor, though I still do not think he is a good person.”

 

Kyelas: "So... You were trying to sacrifice him to contact a god? What are you, a cleric?"

 

“No, but I’ve worked with them. I’ve asked Set to keep that elf I drugged dead, and that was just using ashes.”
I pull out my prayer book.
“There’s stuff in here about asking guidance. Nothing huge, but if I do it correctly, I’ll get the answer I need.”

 

Yevor: "Elf... you drugged... dead? What?"
