It's a joke from one of our secondary campaigns (Curse of Strahd). I'm the DM, and the party found a library that had a lot of books. Some of them were Chultan bootlegs, including Voro's Guide to Momsters. They have the running theme of some changed letters in the title.

 

I know x) But since there was no OOC, I said that because I thought it was funny to assume that someone appear from nowhere and answers to you x)

Chult is a Dino infested jungle, so I’m curious why they have such a large economy for making bootleg books, but I’m not gonna question it

I said we almost died. I'd say being in death saves counts as "almost dead".
