He honestly might need a health buff just because in every phase except for the first couple and the ~30k one it's really easy to just kill him before he even has a chance to do anything if you use a weapon he's weak to. However, this may make it a lot harder than it needs to be for those who are not using a weapon he is weak to, since he is definitely more along the "kill them quickly or they'll kill you quickly" type of bosses (unless you go into the fight with a hefty amount of defense, in which case you won't be in any real danger and it will just take a really long time thanks to his regeneration).

 

...except that Hymn of the Dead has enough poison to basically hit-and-forget-kill any mob at that level, and can do so for ages if you support it with any kind of poison armor(Hymn of the Dead+Skeletal Legs=any basic mob below Lv 35 dies from one touch of poison), and due to Mage's awesome basic attack range you can do so very safely from a distance.

 

I didn't know that Haros' badge was rare. I got it and lost it. GG I guess.
