    Im confused and slightly annoyed that the dungeon scroll merchants were removed completely, I understand they werent used that often but please leave at least a single one.

    Its not a big deal honestly, but now the decrepit sewers scroll is unobtainable... Kind of funny

    They removed all dungeon scroll merchants yes.
    Dungeon scrolls are still obtainable from the individual dungeons merchant, exept the decrepit sewers scroll which is unobtainable now.
