Mage/Dark Wizard Help Dumb Fatal Tank Build (but Actually Good)

So I'm looking for a fairly tanky, spell spam Fatal build with good spell costs and decent damage (but not super high, I'll sacrifice some damage for utility and survivability). Basically, a Fatal build that looks squarely in the eye of how Fatal is supposed to be played, and then spits as hard as it can. Ideally I want it to rely entirely on mana regen, have no negative hpr and at least 20-25k ehp without agility.

Look, I realize this is both a tall order and an exceedingly dumb one at that, but I'm curious if it can be done. Please, give me your dumb builds, as long as they're good.



And yes, I know that singularity and monster exist, and yes, I know that they're better suited for this.

Sorry, should have said. Mythic boots are cool except moontower if that's still like 8 stacks, but no crafteds please. My peanut brain can't handle having to repair stuff.
