A server called CookieCraze was reported for EULA violation and mere days after totally overhauled the server.They didn't cite the EULA violation as the reason, but it was pretty clear. Their website is cookiecraze.enjin.com if I'm not mistaken

Those are the three examples I used. I'm sure there are others.

Also, somewhat less recently, Mineplex was forced to remove donator-exclusive kits even though a community poll said that they were balanced of not less powerful. As I'm sure you're aware, the same happened with Wynncraft and the assassin.

Specifically to Mineplex, this has stifled their available income. They continue to survive because of a massive playerbase, but they have lost almost all ways of making money. I'm concerned about the same happening to Wynncraft.

Yes, this would work, but there are some situations.... So I met a person, who thought he/she was the king of the world, and demanded i give him 5 Le for no reason and repeatedly told me to give him stuff, and followed me. Imagine this situation but with the totems, since Salted noted that VIPs and +s could lie, some people would just think everyone is lying and the same scenario would happen.
