Donertown?

We need Donertown back give the donator what they payed for

 

The VIP town massively interfered with the EULA. It's probably not coming back.

 

but if you added a town that was cosmetic only and wouldn't have a spawn point that would be all right wouldn't it?
just buildings, no bank, no buyers, no sellers, no identifier. that way it wont give any advantage and wont interfere with the EULA.
as to the argument that it will give vip's a safe space in [insert location] you can just tuck it away in time valley or on an island so it wont give a safe zone to vip's.

 

Aaand what would the point of that be? No one would go there.

No spawn point. I'm pretty sure that is EULA. Cos then I get to have a checkpoint between Ragni and Detlas

I don't know, I think stuff like a bank and merchants would still technically count. TBH the EULA was not explained well by Mojang.

 

Which means you can abuse the system if everyone's chill with it on the basis that "You didn't explain it properly, so we couldn't avoid making mistakes."

Like, seriously, nobodies going to get salty if they can't enter a semi-useless town which is exactly the same at the core as Detlas, Cinfras, Troms, Almuj etc.

 

By that logic we could just go nuts and totally ignore EULA.

I understand people wouldn't get salty about not being able to enter VIP town but by that logic why should we have it at all? Even then, it's not like we're concerned about people getting salty, we're concerned about breaking EULA.

The EULA is like spilled juice; no matter what you do it's still going to be there, all gross and sticky. Sure you can lick it to get some of the taste back, but it'll never clean.

I truly hate Mojang's EULA. But, I think if a VIP Town was made with 0 advantages, it could exist without anyone whining about it.

 

It could exist with nobody visiting it either....

Like everyone else said, It would be a violation of EULA. besides, It would be pretty useless considering that 90% of players just hang out at detlas; it's easier to trade there, as well as having a great location

 

Why did mojang come up with "EULA" the people payed so we should get Doner town back who cares we payed for the avantege

 

Because a kid wasted like 100 dollars on their parents bank account to get perks in Minecraft without permission. And it really isn't fair to people who come from lower income families.

Well can they at least make the vip and vip+ at leat get like black horses cheap cuz I'm vip+ and I was super disappointed when I learned donator town was gone.
