Does Set Bonus Apply When U Only Have A Piece Of The Set?

i have the jester ring and necklace currently but the set bonus changes when i equip both or just one, when i equip one the set bonus is -25% xp bonus and -25% loot bonus. Does this only apply when i have both or all three or just when i have this one item


EDIT: what im also asking is does this mean i only have 7 % loot bonus actually or 32 % loot bonus and 25 % xp bonus, this is my first time using a set piece

 

It gives only 7% loot bonus. When you equip more than one piece of jester set, you get -25% for each piece, -100% in total

Yes, and I believe the only other set with a set bonus at one peice of armor is the clock set.
