Does Loot Bonus Effect Chests

    A problem with confirming this is that its stupidly hard to test, since you would have to go on a server x minutes after a restart and do loot runs reliably with loot gear, such that the run has not been ran by other people.

    Loot bonus primarily affects mob drops and has no affect on loot chests. Loot chests are based off a set timer where the longer a chest goes untouched, the better the loot will be.

    Use loot bonus armor if you're going to grind mobs; use your normal build if you're just going to loot chests. Your normal build will give you more of a chance to survive when getting to each chest.
