Does anyone have a solid guide to Orphion's nexus of light?

I did my first nexus of light yesterday and I got hard carried. I had no idea what's going on and my frames were dying in the bossfight (I use the wynncraft Plus modpack). Can anyone help me with both my skill issue and my frame issue?

 

I can recommend the entity and particle culling mods, they help reduce the rendering only to what is in your field of view.

Do you need to know more about the boss or the challenges?
