I believe t's Corkus, the only problem is that the engineer says he is from a PROVINCE.

"Invite only" - Builders access only ATM probably. Maybe even Hero sometime later.
My guess is that it's going to be a new "Endgame" type of province (ish).
I'm gonna say that it'd be pretty cool if the province was absolutely massive, like, double the size of the current playable area, which doesn't have nearly as many quests or mobs as Wynn or Gavel. Something based much more on "peaceful" exploration with a very small chance to find a lone mini-boss wandering around somewhere.

Also, a bigger, deeper, more detailed ocean floor with small pockets of air here and there would be nice. Because I like swimming.

 

Not all of them, have you talked to the Corkus NPC at the Wynnter Fair, or the Corkus Delegate at Corkus?

Possibly meaning the Beta that will no doubt happen for the Corkus update...

It also would make sense that he was from Corkus, seeing as how he's an "Engineer"

However, I realize that you have already agreed that it is Corkus, so I will not say anymore than that.
