SPOILER Discovery Megathread - All Secret Discoveries

It looks great, especially the fight scene between Bob and Bak'al... Just wish his "army" was bigger, although that would take way too much scripting for little result as Grian said.

 

Actually, the changes are making them more 3d vs 2d and more godly in appearance. They still are keeping the black/green combo as black/purple is used for something else. I know this from my comment on the announcement thread in the news section.

 

Awe rip. Legit everything else that's Dernic is Purple and Black. Green only appears in Light and some Corruption stuff.

 

Same here man, tho that post did mention proper reasoning for the black/green scheme.

I think there is a partern to be brought tho:
Light- White, Yellow, Green
Corrupt- Red, Black, Purple
Dark (Dern) - Black, Very very dark gray

Maybe this weapon is a sort of yin-yang "The good in the bad" idea given Bob is a hero, while Dern is overrun with evil and darkness as far as i know with my limited knowledge of the lore.

Maybe where it was purple, was able for us to visit this dern, as it is not as strong as the true Dern, requiring us for a magic barrier to cross to their turf.

Has anyone actually translated the spells Bob used in the Ultimate Discovery?

Spoiler: I spent some time translating them

In chronological order, these are the spells:

1. Rising uppercut
2. Diving earthshatter
3. Frost serpent
4. Arrow barrage
5. Fire bomb

Enjoy. I sure got a thrill from discovering that there are canonically more spells than what we are used to but that we aren't aware of them.

 

Though, has anyone translated the spell cast in KoS? ;D
