    The meaning of life is purely a matter of perspective. Meaning is an objective word, and to be alive is also subjective to this ordeal. You as your own entity make your reason for life, it can not be summed up into one word or idea. A meaning is what you deem it, and to attribute it to life is a choice within that meaning.

    I want to stop putting on so much weight... but I also want to eat fast food and drink soda for every meal... also I can't exercise because I'm too busy with schoolwork.

    To start, making better habits is key to success. Limiting portion size is a good way to keep on track. Aside from portion control, try exploring healthier options if they are available. Sodium is a major component, it does all sorts of things to your body to make it feel slow, drink more water to combat that feeling. Try being as active as possible, go for short walks, and eventually longer ones, or even running. The mindset is what will change the overall actions.

    so i spent an hour crying in my living room because im a wreck and part of it is because im lonely and part of it is because i cant decide if i want to go on HRT and while i can tackle issues individually do you have advice for prioritizing/picking out a specific issue for me to work on. i feel like i get really overwhelmed because i cant split this monolith of different emotional tasks into a bunch of manageable smaller ones. any advice for how to detangle smaller things out of a bigger web of stuff?

    the issue isnt that i simply lack the ability to fix the issues i want to fix (i mean it is a little bit but thats inconsequential) but rather that i have too many at once and i cant just pick one to try and fix i try to fix them all at once and it never works

    Prioritizing is definitely the most important step in resolving large spread issues you may be facing. There are things called SMART goals that may be helpful to use in situations like this. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely.
    These are mostly for behaviors you'd like to improve upon, but the underlying issues you may be facing could be improved with behavior changes. One such smart goal could be "I will research HRT for one hour a day for a week". Behaviors can be thought of in a way something you can do while standing in a corner. Behaviors are things only you can control. Getting a job is not a behavior, but applying for a job IS.
    Aside from behaviors, grounding is a very useful tool when faced with stressful situations. Close your eyes, think of a place you enjoy. It could be real or something you create. What's around you? What does it feel like? Reach out and touch something in this place. Is the place warm, cool? Remember you can go to that place any time you want, it's there for you. Another method is to close your eyes and focus on your breath, breath through your stomach, keep your chest still. This is called diaphragmatic breathing and is proven to reduce stress levels. While practicing this, grab something in your hand, with your eyes closed. Try to imagine it in your head while you are handling it. Is it bumpy, smooth, rigid, cold? Picture it in your head and open your eyes. Try this with different things.

    In essence, sometimes you need a break mentally in order to organize your thoughts and make conscious efforts to work on your goals. Start at the very beginning, don't try to jump head first into the pool of issues you may be facing. As cliche as it is, you have to walk before you learn to run.

    I talked about my theory on porn attraccting young people to a fandom on a @Coolyoshi7 (guy who does wynncraft waifu) thread and got the post deleted and messaged by a mod (did not know it was considered NSFW). Now I am ashamed for what I have accidentaly done and this is the first time i enter the forums in 3 days(i usually enter 5 times a day or more)

    If you're looking for a relationship, my best advice would be to not look and stay focused on yourself. The best things in life are not found, but are experienced through time. Always improve yourself, and the rest will follow naturally. Focusing on one thing, like finding a relationship, tends to make people overcompensate and lose strength in themselves in other ways. Keep an open heart and a busy mind.

    I think the point being made was the fact that a NSFW subject was discussed, not that what you posted was NSFW in itself. Shame is natural, and is a way to reflect and improve. Instead of dwelling on the subject, try a new way to go about it and continue improving in the way you approach the forums and what you post.
