(Discord) Utilize Dyno Bot's Auto-Respond Feature to Re-Add #constructive_feedback Auto Reactions

The inability to react to messages in the Official Discord Server has been inconvenient for months now, but I'm not here to argue for that, as re-adding it at this current point in time would possibly lead to more hate speech reactions on old messages, something that can't be easily fixed.
Something that can be fixed is the removal of the voting system #constructive_feedback had prior to reaction removal. As of now, only members who have linked their account and own a paid rank are allowed react to messages (p2w!!! :exploding_head:) This is a side effect of default users having their reaction perms removed. This is inconvenient as unless a moderator, CT member, or someone with a colored name is on the forum, feedback responders will have no way to contribute to the general opinion of the post through reactions, which is one of the first things many will see when visiting the forum. This can be resolved through the use of Dyno, a bot that the official discord server already has in use. Using a configured version of Dyno's auto respond feature, at the very least, the upvote option could be re-added.

Yeah, I don't know why they haven't done this. Colored names have been basically doing the same, but it's probably pretty tedious, ultimately. Would be better if Dyno added likes and likents for everyone.
