    everytime i try to log in it keeps saying disconnected and it has 739/1 only a 1 i dont know what that means but if anybody can help it'll be greatly appreciated

    If you're using forge on your client, there's an issue that doesn't let people connect. Try using a regular client to connect.

    Minecraft:
    Optifine can be installed without forge. Look at the main page and instal it like if it was a forge file.
