World Different Powder Abilities

    Powders make our weapons more useful by adding different abilities to them. But what if we added more?
    Let's add 2 more to each element.Each one will be obtained like before but with chances like horse breeding. 40% chance to get the existing ability and 30% for the other 2.
    Earth:Quake (already exists)
    Roots:When fully charged hit and in any direction you face roots will appear (particle effects) travelling through blocks.The range depends on the tier of the powders (IV 5, V 7, VI 9). If the roots find any entity in their way the target will not be able to move for (IV 1 , V 2, VI 3) seconds.
    Knock-back:When fully charged hit and in any direction you face a wave of dirt and stone (particle effects) will appear.At the end of it's range (IV 3, V 5, VI 7) the wave will explode dealing (IV 200, V 300 , VI 500) damage + 20% of your weapon's earth damage.If the target finds an entity, it will explode dealing the same damage + knock the entity airbone and back.
    Both Roots and Knock-back are 1 block wide
    Thunder: Chain Lightning (already exists)
    Black Cloud:When fully charged hit an enemy to create a black cloud(particle effects).This cloud will follow the targer for (IV 3, V 4, VI 6) seconds.Each second the cloud will do 40% of your weapon's thunder damage.
    ThunderLord:When fully charged hit to force lightning to strike you(just like Chain lightning except this time it will only hit you doing no damage).After that you gain buffs: for (IV 3, V4, VI 5) sec 5% more speed 10 % more thunder damage and 10% resistance to thunder attacks.You also leave a trail of yellow particles as you walk.
    Water: Curse (already exists)
    Tidal Wave:When fully charged release a tidal wave(a few particle effects so as not to cause lag) (3 blocks wide 2 blocks tall)that deals (IV 230, V 320, VI 460) damage.If the tidal wave hits an entity it will continue but for every entity it hits it's damage will be decreased by 5%.
    Water Beam:When fully charged release a water beam(particle effects) that deals(IV 260, V 350, VI 480) + 5% of your weapon's water damage.
    Fire: Courage (already exists)
    Volcano:When fully charged hit in any direction to force lava(particle effects) to move in that direction.At the end of its range (IV 3, V 4, VI 6) a lava fountain will appear dealing(IV 150, V, 250, VI 450)+10% of your weapon's fire damage.
    Meteor:When fully charged hit an entity causing a meteor(big fireball spawning 2 blocks over the entity) to fall dealing(IV 280, V 330, VI 410) extra damage.
    Air: Air prison (already exists)
    Tornado:When fully charged hit in any direction to summon a tornado (particle effects) that deals (IV 100, V 150, VI 200) damage and knocks the enemy 6 blocks high in the air (the entity cannot be knocked twice)
    Wind Wall:when fully charged hit in any direction to summon a wall of air(particle effects) that blocks ranged attacks such as archer arrows , ice snake and block charges (from warrior,assassin and some bosses).

    I haven't read through all of these, but just by reading the first blurb I can already say that I don't like this idea. Horses are meant to be a money sink, while powders are meant to enhance your gear. I think the powder abilities are fine as they are(except for chain lightning, that needs a buff) If players don't get the powder ability that they want, then they will feel cheated and scammed. I know that technically that's what horses are supposed to be as well, but players usually buy their horses on the trade market. It's not like you can "but" what powder special you want.

    It's a good idea. However, I think the abilities should be selected by the player; no random chance. It might be good to make it so 2 tier 6 powders gives one ability, 2 tier 5 powders gives another, and 2 tier 4 gives the last one remaining. Also, going with my idea, If powder tiers were mixed, it would default to the lowest (or maybe highest) tier used, provided both are tier 4 at minimum.
