Didn't Recieve Skill Points?

    I just recently leveled up from 103 -> 104, and I didn't get any skill points. I have tried logging out, restarting, and switching worlds. Don't know if there is something I'm missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated <3

    You stop gaining skill points after level 101, the max amount you can have being 200.
