I did the same thing, but I thought the door didn't work, so I took the bribe, and died (coz I was too lazy to run all the way back up) XD

 

A took the bribe as an accident, I wanted to click on the quest book xD

 

I actually read the text and chose the good way to go. :)

 

Well... Er... I just accidently right-clicked the guy again straight after he said it (by accident).. Yeah. Who knew Iwould've gotten 12EB

 

Idc I did this quest 2 times
1st time - it was an accident and I took the bride
2nd time - I was careful and I talked with authorities

 

I opened my quest book and the game was like "OH YOU WANT THESE STUPID SHAME LEGGINGS HOW SHAMEFUL" I would have talked to the authorities if his hitbox wasn't as big as the room he's standing in!!!

 

My spam habit just killed a bunch of innocent villagers. (well if I didn't stab that leader guy in the throat)

 

Riperoni... if there was a proper choice selection I would've gotten the honor ones, I thought my character was just inherently bad when I read through the chat and got the bribe.

 

SO MANY PEOPLE DID IT ON ACCIDENT LIKE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe

Greaves of Honor Actually so I can brag to my friends I didn't fall prey to the large hitbox glitch

 

The thought of Ragni, Detlas, everywhere falling to ruins because of me made me take the bribe. But I went back to Olux to speak to the Inspector and he simply said "I hope you always do the right thing.".
That is, by far, the most powerful line in any MMO I've ever read. Heck, I'm so attached to Wynn at this point it might be the most powerful line in any video game I've ever read. It honestly made me feel bad. Kudos to you, Wynncraft.

 

I clicked on my fucking quest book facing the other direction and it took the bribe

 

I didn't have a choice necessarily because I turned around and opened my quest book...but it clicked him. ;-;

Honestly I took the bribe because I was lazy and the guy was closer (duh right in front of me) than the detective.

 

*sigh* all I wanted to do was check my quest book...

So let's be honest, iron golems don't do nothing. They just stand there, and mobs can walk right passed them. So obviously I didn't take the bribe, since he's taking innocent souls to do useless things.

I took the bribe by accident, but after I checked the item guide on the wynncraft website, I like the leggings of shame better because of the life steal and poison :33

 

That is EXACTLY what happened to me!

 

You were so careful that you ran away from the quest guy after you right clicked him? Did he scare you? All I did was stand by him and let his text go at the normal speed. As soon as once part of the conversation finished, which gave me the choice, ended, the game was like "OH YOU ARE STANDING WITHIN 623786 BLOCKS OF HIM MEANING YOU MUST WANT THE LEGGINGS OF SHAME." All I did was stand there and the game automatically spoke to him and chose for me. The people who should actually have the leggings of shame should be the developers, for not giving me a choice. I'm surprised anyone got the "Good" ending when just standing in the room gives you the "Bad" ending.
