Did Stratus Get Nerfed?

basically my 2/4 ms 15% ws stratus changed into a 1/4 ms and 14% ws stratus,
and the ws has 3 asterisks as if it was maxed.
not sure if this was a nerf i was unaware of or if its a bug.

either way, i won't beg for 2/4 ms 15% ws stratus again,
i just want the cause to be confirmed

btw, would i be able to get the 2/4 ms back via re-id or is it stuck at 1/4 forever?

 

If the max was ever 2/4, it will remain 1/4 because of nerf.

 

its not really a nerf though... its a change in how rounding works ._. it being worse than before is just a side product and not a nerf in the way we usually get nerfs (basically just calling it a nerf doesnt do it justice imo)

 

It's a nerf to the rounding formula.

 

eh if you want it call it that go ahead but it would rather call it more a fix due to it always being intended to be the way it is now. Pretty sure before it was just a bug so ya
