I am destroy Mummys bandage by mistake :(
I put it in treasure chests and the chest is closed
Please give me new Mummys bandage for Quest...

Because, it's the policy, and also, fix quest only gives you the quest items you need fo another quest.
It DOESN'T give you things like this back.

If you put it in there, you should have known that it wouldn't let you get it back, due to the loot chest breaking because of it being taken.

 

Now, if you are talking about the drop, just kill him again.
If you are talking about the chestplate, I'm sorry, but there is a strict no-refund policy.

If I remember correctly, the Mummy's Bandage is a boss drop. It's untradable, and not a quest item, meaning that /fixquests won't do anything for you. You'll have to go and kill the Mummy again if you want the bandage back. If you're referring to the Mummy's Rag chestplate, that's also untradable, so the same thing applies, except you are not able to get it back.

 

Pretty sure the Mummy's Bandage is one of the quest items required by Temple of the Legends.
