Desperate for Water Relic Relik

I've been looking for the level 45 relic guardian everywhere all over these forums the wiki and the entire discord if anyone has a water relic relik am willing to overpay for it.

 

it's pretty annoying to get specific relic drops

heavensent is a good relik

 

Yeah I've been looking at the Heavensent vs the Ebb and Flow currently am rocking 2 T4 water powdered ebb and flow and its been pretty great the damage and the mana regen is not bad at all
just sucks that a good item is locked behind such a dumb and rare mob

This is my current build(can't post links so am breaking it up) wynndata.tk /s/ b6f14z pretty proud of it since it's the first time am taking the game seriously the armor is a Lil bit meh pretty sure I could get a better set of mix and match but the set-bonus has been doing me quite nicely
My next surefire upgrade would be snow armor at level 44 for the new full set bonus which is a little bit worse but has quite a bit more HP and Intelligence
if you have any recommendations I would love to hear them :)

 

dont use wynndata for building, wynnbuilder is faster and has more true dmg calculation

Alright will do but just a quick question why use the morph topazes? they provide a very small stat boost i feel like the concentration's mana boost would be quite a bit better or even a clarity with the +3 intel
