That actually make a hella lot of sense with what we have gathered so far. Can you say where you saw that, who said it, or perhaps give a link? Although it fits, I want to be sure it's right.

 

Actually, it is possible that I have got it wrong and Fruma is the province that has the Desolation. But it would be hard to know, since all we have are two Seeds, two weapons and the Abysso Galoshes.

 

True. It is all just speculation at this point. Maybe the follow-up update will give us more clues.
