Heavily disagree. If DB wanted to spread Corruption, it wouldve just sent a bunch of soldiers to Gavel to fuck everything over, it wouldn't have sent the Parasite to meticulously leech the Light out of the land.

 

I didn't mean corruption I just meant the War of the Realms
I know it's far fetched but like as in purity of the balance between Light and Dark (assuming Light and Dark could not possibly peacefully coexist for whatever reason)

 

If DB wanted balance then why would they be very explicitly upsetting balance and grasping at every chance to get ahead of Orphion

 

Do we know how many realms outside of ours are influenced by Light? by Dark?

 

Dern Beast IS the Dark Beast

 

Dern is some kind of root word that means dark and hidden

 

I believe both Dern and Wynn are from Old English.
Wynn meaning "pure".

To be fair, wynn has a couple other meanings. Those being: "friend" and "fair".

It was also a runic Old English letter, which later became the letter W.

 

I'd say those two terms aren't any better either

Yes it means dark, somber, and secretive

 

unless the dern beast's eyeball uses different pronouns then the beast, or its talking about a different dark beast that also took over the olm city, then i think the dern beast is a dude

If he does, it may be referring to having Lari removed from the WotR as her interference after letting the Dernic Parasite live is allowing it to grow? It's mentioned later by @ThePurpleEmerald in the thread that 'snuffing' doesn't necessarily refer to killing or slightly above that. So in that sense, this could refer to Orphion's desire to replace Lari with the player which we see in the RoL quests where the player can enter through the flashback door but she cannot.

 

This should've actually been changed recently to be 'its'
