    Ah, I found it and I try to get it into my equations.

    e.: quick thought

    Speed attack* could contribute to the boost like:
    ((921*48/100)+599) /100 + 1
    the 921 from (202+126) + (202+69) + (140*2.3)
    or

    Wand Damage: 150-250 -> average Damage = 200
    200 * 2.3 (the "fast" attack speed) = 460/s
    460/2 * 4 (the spell damage, note that 400% is quite high (thus the example with the Infused Hive Wand being high level enough to have a realistic high spell damage percentage)) = 1840

    I honestly don't know. There are so many more things to consider.
    The first part of the equation (before and with "/100+1") is the damage you do with a spell and the second part is the elemental damage. I would count it to the overall base damage because it's there with a normal and with a spell attack.

    im happy someone did something like this but i may dissapoint you. The damage in wynn is... glitched.... let me explain:
    Your weapon does for example 2 types of elemental damage: air and thunder. Now you cast a spell that does normal damage thunder damage and fire damage. For some odd reason the air damage doesnt get calculated into the damage of the spell so you deal not as much as you are supposed to. Simple example? Bob's mythic bow. You do only natural damage so when u cast bomb arrow spell it only deals the neutral damage instead of neutral and earth. Lets compare that to the Mealstorm it has water thunder and air damage. When you bomb arrow with that it deals all its elemental damage + for some odd reason the earth damage that the bomb arrow does. I have NO idea why that happens. Ik one of my friends weapon does 1k dmg instead of the old 10k with some spells. Something is off in this update for SURE. :(
