Debate: Will Sword Art Online Prove More Popular Than Wynn?

Servers are only blacklisted for 1.9.2 and above, so if they stay in 1.8 they can basically break EULA to their heart's content. It's a tactic used by a lot of PvP and factions servers, as well.

As for the debate itself, the answer is a firm "hell no"; we already absorbed basically the ENTIRE minecraft MMO genre, make relatively large updates around twice a year, and can use 1.9+ content because we comply with the EULA. I'd be amazed if this server lasts more than half a year.
