Cant fix quality, only change the meaning of godly, godly is generally used for max/near max on all stats that people are looking for.
A few things on prices, snail won't sell at all, it's really common stuff.

you think I should do a unique purge?

 

Some uniques are good, but most of them have rare/legendary alternatives that are a lot better, while also being plentiful on the server.
Find out which uniques are sought after for builds and keep those.
(Terra's Mould and Automized are two, no others come to mind atm).

Yeah, I think that from now on I will only use rares, legendaries, sets, and mythics... I wish. I will only keep a unique if is have 5+ stars. Also, I like your quest!
