Tower Of Ascension Floors 1-10 Data File

Location: x -352, y ,z -388
Use: Grinding, Starting the Tower Of Ascension, enjoying the easiest part of the tower
Made From: Quartz, GlowStone Lamps, Lapis Lazuili Blocks
Inhabitants: Ankou, Winter Rams, Furious Owls, Mountain Wolves, Mad Explorers, Arien Beatles, Bear Cubs, Lurking Shades, Glacial Penguins, Spiders of Eira, Snow Bear
This is the Tower Of Ascension, one of the greatest challenges in Wynn.
It is composed of a total of 70 floors, each set of 10 floors contains nine floors of enemies and a boss at the end.
Recommended for Players level 40-75, it is a great challenge for many players in wynncraft.
Thankfully, the first set of floors, set 1-10, is generally considered easy.
But before that, we should meet the "caretaker" of the tower.
Ankou
This is Ankou, the caretaker of the tower, and the one who gives you the quest to complete the Tower of Ascension.
He is a odd fellow, and is said to share something in common with the final boss of the Tower.
Despite being undead, he shows no signs of attempting to kill the player.
It is possible that he is merely incapable of being corrupted.
How this is possible, i am unsure.
Regardless, the first enemies of this tower are shown next.
Winter Rams
BEHOLD!!!
The enemies of floor 1!
Aka The most boring sheep in the entire game.
I am serious, these guys have NO interesting points.
No spells, no movement speed boost, NOTHING.
The picture above shows me punching them to death.
Next up, we have...
Furious Owls
Somehow, these enemies manage to be even easier than the sheep.
They flop along like seals on land.
Weirdly enough, they sound like wolves.
So make of that what you will.

Mountain Wolves
These enemies cover floor 3, and can be vicious.
Thankfully, they don't use teeth and claws against you.
Instead, they throw...snowballs?
Not sure how that works.
Mad Explorers
These enemies cover the 4th floor.
They are somewhat out of place with the rest of the icy enemies on these floors.
To my knowledge, they possess no spells.
Although, i do wish to know one thing.
What is on those maps they hold all the time?

Arien Beetles
These beetles are the first enemies that possess a decent threat, crawling around on floor 5.
Due to their slowdown spell, they can crawl all over you quickly!
Be cautious, and don't let your guard down!
They do love to crawl around, having one as a pet would be neat!
Bear Cubs
These little bears cover floor 6.
Faster than previous enemies, they can chow down on you in a hurry.
So do not give them that chance.
As for their mother, don't worry about her for now.
She shows up later.
Lurking Shades
These shadowy foes lie on floor 7, and they are NOT lucky.
Well, for archers anyway.
They are able to dodge shots to a degree.
Thankfully, they cant do it repeatedly, so we are mostly fine.
All other classes should have little trouble.
Glacial Penguins
Guarding the 8th floor, these guys are not very strong.
They are able to jump, and do little else.
Take care of them, then head to the next floor.
Hopefully you don't mind spiders ;)

Spiders of Eira
These strong spiders guard the boss on floor 9.
Using a leaping attack, they latch to their prey and eat them alive.
Spiders in a icy climate, that reminds me of a crappy syfy movie.
Wonder if any of you can name it?

Snow Bear
Here is the boss of floor 10, the snow bear.
It is likely that this creature is the mother of the snow cubs.
Its attacks are quite odd for a bear.
Instead of using teeth and claws, it shoots arrows and uses a slowdown spell.
Pretty easy to beat after a try or two.

Those don't look like bear cubs. It's like the sheep is having a mental break down and thinking that they're a bear cub on the inside, while in actuality they're sheep.

When Wynncraft is able to be fully 1.10 in like, 6 years, we'll finally have a proper Polar Bear.

 

Isnt Ankou immune to Corruption or whatevs cause he's not from our realm, he's from the Realm of the Dead (like Death?)

 

That would be neat.
But by that point everything would be a robot.

It's possible that, suggested by his name, he is Death, and you never really killed Death, and you never will. Someone did a theory on this before but I forgot who. It is also a possibility that they were just going for a pale, creepy-guy look by using skeleton arms. He seems quite sane and I believe if he was undead or corrupted he would be acting significantly more hostile.
